Why We Learn Science – Messages from Teachers
A big thanks to all current and future patrons who are helping fund this science communication outreach via Patreon: http://bit.ly/2Sfmkph
At this year’s NSTA (National Science Teacher Association) meeting, we combed the streets and boardwalks asking some of the most fundamental questions in science – why should we learn it? The teachers we asked of course, are given the task to teach it so they have their own reasons why they’re passionate about teaching it.
If you’re a teacher, I think you’ll find this little segment inspirational. If you’re just an enthusiast or a student, it’s great advice from a collection of awesome teachers!
Many thanks to: Brian Woodfield, Christina Veresan, Deborah Baker, Donna Burrus, Ed Waterman, Jennifer Thompson, Josh Hubbard, Ken Miller, Matt Gnau, Michelle Shankar, Mitch Arsenie, Phil Church and Anuschka Faucci for your stellar answers and help with this.
